K'eld of Blue Jeth
Jeth snorted as Taryshth questioned him about the habits of His, while barely opening his eyes to look down at the enterance of the caverns. The Blue could see it clear as day in his mind, K'eld standing, stammering like a wherry-brained weyrbrat before the male Greenrider, while trying not to look frightened out of his mind. Mine has issues when it comes to males being around him. I believe he thinks if he allows himself to get to attached, even by friendly bonds, that all males will abandon him like a Tealrider he knew before he Impressed me, Jeth stated plainly, causing K'eld to wince.
Of course, K'eld tried to hide how much his Blue's words knawed at him. He had tried to forget how much that short little time with . . . him had meant, but it was hard. Slowly, he drew in a deep breath, closing his eyes for a moment, before letting out the breath and looking at And'r and Arel. "I am fine . . . Just . . .," his hand came up to his face, fingers slightly curled, his well clipped nails scratching at his eyebrows. "I'm still trying to get use to the fact that I can walk around the Weyr and not have to hide my interest in other males," he said, not the complete truth at why he was so nervous around other males, but as close to the truth, without him breaking his oath to never lie.
As he turned his gaze upward, K'eld did not like the way Arel was looking at him. It seemed that the young performer had figured him out in the short time they had been around each other and it caused him to shutter. It was almost unnerving, if he minded that she had figured him out. If And'r had . . . it would have bothered him more. [/blockquote]

Arel grinned widely and clapped her hand on K'eld's shoulder. "That's good K'eld, you should always be yourself." Arel watched K'eld knowingly, she knew he'd tell her whatever was on his mind when he was ready. "It's good that you can proudly say you like guys, like I can proudly say I'm a bit of a pyro." Arel smirked as she said this last bit. Hopefully it would change the conversation so K'eld wouldn't feel so uncomfortable.

And'r winced slightly at K'elds omision. "In truth, I'm still trying to get used to that too in ways, only from the opposite side of things. For me I have to say its really strange sometimes having guys try to flirt with me; ummm please don't be one of them *lesser under his breath, a hope/wish mumbled aloud* and of course since I'm a green rider its expected that I'm going to have some sort of interest... yet I don't, not at all....." And'r held a worried, concerned, pondersome face as all the memories and thoughs of problems he would have to face when Taryshth rose flooded and resurfaced into his mind. He then shook his head like to ride himself of those thoughts. And when he stopped he wore a smile on his face again, "And now you probably got a nice read on my problem too didn't you Arel." He said smiling slyly and adding, "Not that it really matters to me, sine I'm fine with people know ing about it..... ANYWAY how about we move on to less deppresing and worry some topics.... like... um... like... hmmm.. I know maybe we could get a group of people together and put on a show for the whole weyr to distract them from their worries, troubes and concerns!"
Interesting, mine has similar issues with males being around him, but only certion ones. It is strange, some he forms bonds of friend ship easily, and others he avoid entirly. He isn't afraid of bonds of friendship, just avoids anything more like the plauge. Its strange, for example, he just went from being absoutly fine around K'eld to being nervous and warry, though he's hiding it.

K'eld of Blue Jeth Jeth nodded, looking down at the entrance of the caverns, as if he could see the humans within it talking. They are just strange creatures . . . Though I am honestly glad to be bonded with little K'eld . . . It is very strange, the Blue dragon stated, cocking his head to one side, as if pondering why dragons were Impressed by humans when they hatched, when in truth, he was just allowing the other side of his snout to get some sun.
Of course, K'eld had to nod when the idea of changing the subject. "That would be fine," he stated when the idea of putting on a performance for the whole Weyr came about. "Of course, you would have to make sure it was ok with Weyrwoman Akri and Weyrleader Z'dyn . . . Though I don't think either one would be against a little fun for an evening," he stated. Arel thought about their idea, it sounded like a good idea to her. Hmm, I think we should have something a bit extra to go with it. A smirk grew on her face as an idea came to mind. Arel leaned to the side of K'eld with her hand still on his shoulder. "I think performing for the weyr is a great idea. I also think it would be great if you were part of our little act K'eld."

K'eld of Blue Jeth
At the mention of him being part of their little act, K'eld started to back away, hands coming up in his defense. "I couldn't. I have two left feet . . . can't throw to save my life, and have nothing that would entertain anyone other than by falling down and hurting myself," he stated. In truth, K'eld wasn't that bad of a dancer, infact he had learned a bit before coming to the Weyr. Before he had been Searched, K'eld had worked hard at trying to impress a young male and had actually become very good at swordplay . . . but that had been the extent of his abilities. [/blockquote]

Arel rolled her eyes. "Who said you would be performing.....well, you sort of will be." Arel's smirk grew wider. "I think you should be Performance Master. You'll introduce all the acts and stuff."
(think ringmaster in a circus)

K'eld of Blue Jeth
K'eld's heart slowed when Arel mentioned his task in their little performance, and it was something he could live with. You will wear something nice! I will not be insulted because Mine dose not dress nicely, Jeth suddenly perked, causing K'eld to grin. "Jeth says I can't insult him by under dressing . . . So I'm taking that as his way of saying it will be ok," K'eld agreed, grinning like a fool. This could be fun.[/blockquote]

"That's perfect!" Arel jumped down from the table and grabbed the knives she had used. She disappeared into the kitchen for a moment to put them back. Arel walked back out and up to the table. "Since you have to dress up while dressing in performing clothes, I'm going to design and make your outfit. I'm ok at making them since that's what me and my brother always did.....though he did do most of the sewing..."

K'eld of Blue Jeth "Before you start making the suits . . . we need to speak to the Weyrleaders and make sure it is ok," K'eld stated, though he didn't think either would mind. "A little humor should be welcomed, but just incase there is something either has against us doing this, I'm sure it would be acceptable to ask," he stated, knowing he sounded like a kill-joy, but he couldn't stand for anyone to upset over something that could have been avoided.
Tell the little one that there must be something blue in her design!! Tell her!! Jeth bugled within K'eld's head, causing the young Rider to place a hand over his ear and buck his head down. That was too loud! K'eld roared back, actually causing his dragon to visibly pull back. So there is spunk in my little Rider, Jeth crooned, backing off.[/blockquote]

"Hmmmmm, I wonder if anyone else in the Wyer has any hidden talents that they could preform in the show.... hmmm, maybe even we could do the main acts and open up one part to be like a talent show kind of thing, get more of the Weyr invold... What do you guys think of that?" And'r suggested.
Strange creatures indeed. They are strange, yet we are all glad to be with them. the world is a strange place it seems oh wise blue

"A performance in the weyr sound like a very good idea.".....
Arel froze when she heard the voice. She gulped hard and started to back up. "H-hey Bro. W-what you doing here?" SHARDS!!! I'm sodead!
At the entrance to the cavern now stood a very angry looking Relte. He stood with his arms crossed and his anger coming off in waves around him. His long coat swished as he made his way to were the three were. Arel flinched under his sharp gaze as he now stood before her. "Um, I though you were still with the caravan Relte." Relte narrowed his eyes as he leaned over to look her in the eye. "I was until I noticed one of the fire flasks were missing. Do you happen to know anything about this Arel?" Arel glanced back at the table were her pack was. "Uh....Bye!" Arel turned to run but was immediately caught by Relte before she could get away. He wrapped one arm around her and proceeded grind his other fist on to the top of her head. "Arel, do you have any idea how much trouble you could have caused with that stuff! You could have blown up the weyr or worse blow up yourself!" Arel struggled to get loose from her brother's grasp. "Ah! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Ah! Cut it out, that hurts!"

K'eld of Blue Jeth At first, K'eld had been ready to go back into his little defensive mood as soon as the new male showed up, but when Arel started acting funny, he couldn't help but grin. "Stealing from your own family, Arel?" he chuckled, shaking his head and crossing his arms as he looked at the fighting siblings. This one has no dragon . . . it is just a human of the Weyr, Weyrfolk, K'eld added when his dragon used the wrong word. Do not correct me like a dragonet, the Blue huffed, even as he lay back down to sun himself. It is a strange place, pretty Green, but we are apart of it . . . thus we must learn from them, the Blue crooned.[/blockquote]
