Personality: Despite his early life in the Harper Hall, Sorian was always a rather quiet child until he was asked to sing. Easily embarrassed, he was considering choosing another Craft, despite having already attained Journeyman status. He hates being alone and has always been surrounded by friends, despite not saying much, always having a good time no matter what.
Family: Mother, Solina, and father Rian are both MasterHarpers, his mother specialising in voice, as he does, his father being a drummer. He also has two little sisters, one twin sister and one older one. The eldest, Amielle, is a greenrider at another Weyr, his twin, Samira, is betrothed to a minor Cotholder and the two youngest, Raine and Rylene are following in their parents' footsteps
History: Sorian was born and raised in the harper hall. When he was five or so, his sister Amielle was Searched, which started his interests in dragons and Weyrs, but he never thought of doing anything but following in his parents' footsteps, even going so far as following his mother's specialty. He wasn't the most spectacular student, although he did very well in his history classes and loved memorising the teaching ballads and managed to pass his apprenticeship, making it to the first journeyman rank when he was Searched to Stand for Lunith's clutch. He wasn't sure he was dragonrider material until Forsooth claimed him. He had actually half hoped he wouldn't Impress, but didn't dare say anything because of how proud his parents were, with potentially two rider children. He had been hoping to make his second journeyman level and hopefully his master and go settle in the cothold where his twin sister was going.
He was slightly horrified to Impress a green, especially one as loud and outgoing as Forsooth because A) he had never had interest in men before and suddenly he was a male greenrider B) Forsooth does everything in her power to make them the center of attention and flirts incessantly with male dragons and C) Impressing meant he was permanently separated from Samira, unless she somehow Impresses, which is very far from likely, especially since she is quite happy marrying and having a gaggle of children. He's been considering continuing his harper training after he finishes Weyrling training to ultimately become the Weyrsinger. Forsooth agrees with this, especially since this means that she will be somewhat important, which suits her.
S'rian is still in contact with his family, especially his twin and his eldest sister who is trying to mentor him from afar. He has been asking for advice and his questions about flights have been particularly frantic, much to the sister's amusement.

Dragon color: A gray-ish green, almost a teal colour that matches her rider's eyes, somthing she's very proud of. She has occasionally been mistaken for a teal, since the colour is close, but is always quick to correct people.

She doesn't let herself get pushed around, but she's very aware of being on the bottom of the totem pole and acts accordingly.
