History:
Born to two low born servants, V'ake, formally Vrake, had little hope of every getting past the small Hold gates in which he was born. He was born the oldest of all his siblings, most of which are still at the small Hold. He, and all his siblings, were raised by their blood-parents, with minimum help from the other servants of the Hold Lord's House.
As a young boy, he was always in trouble, venturing places he wasn't suppose too. Hence, when he turned seven turns, was how he stumbled upon the hot sands of a sunny beach and came upon a newly hardened flitt clutch. The gold mother was no where to be found, yet what V'ake hadn't known was that the wild gold and bronze were sitting in a rock crack, watching him inspect their clutch. It was a miracle that he wasn't attacked on the spot by the mated pair, but V'ake had always been a lucky litle boy. The flitt eggs hatched but V'ake was only able to feed two, a bronze and little green. The rest turned feral, then cannible. It was a terrible sight, that caused V'ake to scoop up the two flitts he Impressed and ran back to the Hold. Once there, he named the little green Moss, for she was a dark, dark green hue that reminded him of wet moss. The slightly bigger bronze was harder to name. With his shining brownish/copper hide, V'ake had been tempted to name him Copper, but then the little bronze went between. There was a clicking noise that followed the bronze's disappearence, and another clicking noise that announced his reappearance. The name stuck, thus V'ake, at the age of seven turns, had two flitts, bronze Click and green Moss.
At the age of twelve, V'ake was Searched and brought to Black Obsidian Weyr. Here, he Stood countless times, many hoping that this sweet, intelligent young man would Impress, but he never did. During his years at the Weyr, he made many friends, most all knowing him as the friendly drudge, not as a candidate. At the age of fifteen, he decided not to Stand anymore, sitting in the stands from then on.
At eighteen turns, V'ake had awoken as any other day, save for this one had been started with the reigning Senior Weyrleader's Onyx Svarth bugling for all candidates to move to the Hatching Sands. His clutch was hatching. V'ake had awoken with tears in his eyes, as Svarth's Queen, Gold Horibath, had gone between, taking the rest of his clutch, but leaving him alone to hatch them. V'ake had gone to the Sands out of respect to the Wueen, not out of duty. When he had arrived, he had moved to the edge of the stadium railing, leaning against the rails so that he could see all. The eggs had begun to hatch, one by one. Felicia had Impressed Green Gozth. L'san Impressed Cream Barveth. R'din of Teal Neboth.N'lon was now a Bronzerider, with his two-toned Bronze Iskrath. The young K'eld now had his Blue Jeth. There had been another egg on the sands, besides his, but they had disappeared with time.
V'ake could still remember the seconds before he had heard a frightened voice enter his head. He had just turned from speaking with the Head Cook, having been curious about wither or not he was needed in the kitchens that evening. The Head Cook had just told him, yes, he would be needed. Tonight would be the dinner for the new weyrlings of the Weyr. He had turned back to the sands, just in time to see K'eld Impress Jeth, when another egg hatched. Fear and rage entered his mind, and confusion set in as he tried to clear his mind. Where is he? I must find my V'ake. V'AKEMINE! had echoed through his mind, causing V'ake to drop his head and the Head Cook ask him if he was ok. Then Weyrleader, and Onyxrider, O'sin had called out for him to go to his hatchling. He obied without question and had hostled himself up and over the railing. Dropping the short distance to the hot sands and standing before his Brown Bahneth. Of course, that first couple of seconds after landing had been horrible, as Bahneth had been so excited he had mauled V'ake and tore his chest and arms, but after he healed, he couldn't have been happier.
Through thick and thin, V'ake and Bahneth have not been apart since Impression. For two short turns, they have been each others family; like brothers. But now . . . . They are full fledged. Bahneth a full fledged, Flight-ready dragon; V'ake a Brownrider, capable of taking to the skies to defend Black Obsidian Weyr. Only time will tell what kind of adventures these two will embark on.

Dragon
Dragon name: Bahneth
Dragon color: Brown <800000
Dark brown, with a hint of red hidden under the darker brown, giving him a rusty dark red look.
Dragon age: 3
Dragon personality:
Much like a whinny younger brother that simply wants your attention, Bahneth is in his Mine stage, where V'ake is his and NO ONE can touch him. The little Brown has taken to trying to drag V'ake everywhere by his shirt. This is normally countered with V'ake simply telling the young weyrling enough is enough.
