V'ake of Brown Bahneth At the mention of H'lak's Cream not speaking to him, V'ake's head jerked up, his hand smacking against the table slightly, and causing a slight echo in the private weyr. "Kobaleth isn't speaking to H'lak?" he asked, head leaning to the side in his confusion. It finally hit him, how hard L'san must be worried for not only H'lak, the closet thing to a weyrmate he had, but for his Cream's mate also.
He stood quickly, his stool slidding against the ground and creating a horrible noise. Bahneth, wake up. We're going to find O'sin. His mental command was useless, mainly because his Brown already had his head poking out of his chamber, purring lightly as the sweet feelings of sleep wore off and calm bravo took him. "Would you like to accopany me to hunt for Onyxrider O'sin, L'san?" V'ake questioned, already mentally going over what would need to be done, who would need to be called, and which dragons would be best when going up against the strange Teal.
Thoughts of K'eld and S'rian were pushed out his mind. The two would have to work things out between themselves, or else nothing would work between them. K'eld of Blue Jeth With his mate next to him, Jeth crooned and nodded. Go K'eldMine. We will be here, waiting to hear what has happened between Ours, the Blue crooned, already lowering his head down, nosing a cushion out infront of Forsooth, so that the Green could lay her head down and be comfortable. With Forsooth's cushion pushed out for her, Jeth lowered his head, glancing over to see that his Rider hadn't moved from his spot before them. Go K'eld! he hissed, actually causing the young man to start at his words. "It was nice to see you again, Forsooth," K'eld stated, turning when Jeth snapped at him. He sighed, but left his weyr and headed back up the stairs to S'rian's weyr. It would be a long walk, but a long walk was something that would help him with his thoughts.[/blockquote]

L'san
The creamrider nodded."Yes. I really do want to talk to him. As I said, I'm worried for H'lak. He's worried. And he doesn't worry easily, especially about Koby because he can be so flighty, sometimes. I mean I know he doesn't talk, often, but he does chat quite a bit with Koby. And Koby's usually so chatty. He even talks to me, sometimes. it takes a lot to shut him up. I... I think maybe if Svarth talked to him... He likes Svarth. Well he likes everyone, but he really does like Svarth, he talks about him a lot."
S'rian Forsooth nodded, making a grumbly noise as she cuddled close to her mate. Tell yours to be nice to mine, she told Jeth. He is very sad and scared and he's thinking of making us move, which would be not fun.
S'rian was cleaning his weyr slightly obsessively. He was mostly ignoring the world, tense and upset.

V'ake of Brown Bahneth V'ake sighed, finally glancing down at his bare chest and feet and grinned. "I think it would be best if I dress before going and trying to find O'sin," he chuckled to himself, already moving out of the main room and back into his bed chamber.
He re-emrged quickly, dressed in a simple white tunic shirt, a fresh pair of black breeches, and his riding boots. Curled around his right bicep, and resting on his right shoulder, was Moss, his green flitter. She seemed half asleep, and she was barely able to stay on his shoulder, pretty much by the simple fact that her claws were digging into his tunic. Click came from between with his ever handy clicking noise that proceeded him. Are you ready to go, Bahneth? he sent to his dragon, watching as the young Brown ambled out of his chamber, toward the ledge. To fly? Of course. Reaching the main chamber again, V'ake's brow furrowed as he glanced around. "Would you like to call Barveth to you, or ride behind me on Bahneth?" he questioned, pulling a long, black riding coat from the back of one of the chairs that he had left there over night. It was tricky to secure the coat around him, without upsetting Moss too much, but in the end, the green flitt had to be moved off his shoulder and then replaced once V'ake had his coat on. K'eld of Blue Jeth Jeth sent the message, it reaching K'eld as he was stepping onto S'rian's weyr's ledge. He breathed deeply, catching the Greenrider's faint scent from the ledge. It made his head spin in the good way, while causing his breath to catch and a lump to form in his throat. Shards! he thought, pausing infront of the weyr. He stood there for a moment, unsure wither or not he should just step in, or call out, but in the end, he called out. "Greenrider S'rian . . . . I wish to speak with you!" he called, hating the fact that his voice seemed to shake whenever it came to speaking with S'rian. The young Greenrider made him feel so young once more, it was silly and wonderful, all at the same time.[/blockquote]

L'san
"I'll ride with you, please," he said. "Bar doesn't like flying, much, we don't really do it that often. He's more of a swimmer, you know." He smiled fondly. "I'll send Klah ahead to find O'sin. Bar will tell Svarth why we're looking for them."
Svarth? Mine and Bahneth's are coming to see you, they have tospeak to you. Kobaleth is not well.
S'rian S'rian whirled around, his eyes narrowed, his whole body tense. "What are you doing here, bluerider?" he asked angrily.

K'eld of Blue Jeth
The anger in S'rian's voice hurt, yet K'eld simply shook his head and took a step forward. "I came to see you . . . I was going to give you time, but it seems our dragons are very pushy," he said, trying to smile, hoping to see his Bluerider smile. He stopped moving forward when he noticed that he had thought of S'rian as his. Sighing again, he took another step forward. "Will you just listen to me, S'rian?" he asked.
V'ake of Brown Bahneth The smile broke on V'ake's face as he moved toward Bahneth. "I can't believe I forgot that Barveth doesn't like to fly," V'ake chuckled as he climbed up Bahneth's bent leg and positioned himself at the Brown's neck and shoulder joints. "Ready to go find out what's going on in our Weyr?" he asked, his hand outstretched toward L'san while Click settled on his left shoulder and Moss on his right. O'sin of Onyx Svarth From the Feeding Grounds, Svarth's head lifted slowly, his lunch hanging from his snout as he looked up into the sky. What are you looking at, Svarth? O'sin questioned from his perch on a rock near the Feeding Grounds. He was dressed in riding gear, as if he had just come from the skies, when in fact, today was the first day he had been back on the ground, since Emberyth's Rise. Something is wrong with our home . . . We have been gone too long, Mine, Svarth hissed, dropping his kill to the ground. His head snaked up, snout opening to show off razor sharp fangs. The bugle that echoed through the Weyr was a calling, to every dragon within the Weyr, mainly Violet Lunith and Bronze Slith, to come to the Feeding Grounds. I am at the Feeding Grounds, my little Cream. Try to bring out my Cream brother, so that we may speak about what has him so bothered, he sent to Barveth, before lowering his head to His.[/blockquote]

S'rian S'rian glared at him, anger apparent in his features. "Why should I?" he asked coldly. "You start coming to chat me up and first chance you get you run off into T'lir's arms.
L'san and Barveth Barveth made a hesitant sound. If you ask him, Svarth, he will come. Kobaleth obeys you even more than the Weyrleader. He is very nervous and upset, since Astrafith caught Embryth.
L'san laughed. "That's because creams are strange. You think dragon, you think flying, you don't necessarily think swimming, first.

K'eld of Blue Jeth The venom in S'rian's voice caused K'eld to shiver for a second, but he did not draw back or strike back, verbally, no matter how much he wanted to make this wonderful Greenrider understand him. "I have not seen Tealrider T'lir since he returned to the Weyr," he whispered, just loud enough for S'rian to hear him. "I haven't wanted to see him since he asked for my presence at the Feeding Grounds the day after he returned."
Slowly, he stepped forward, hoping nothing would come flying at his head, but he was ready for something. "Please . . . . S'rian . . . . Let me explain? When I first came to Black Obsidian Weyr, yes, I thought I could have loved T'lir. He was nice to me, spoke to me, cared for me . . . But he left, disappeared. He didn't even tell me that he had asked to be transfered to another Weyr, or even what the reason was. Then there was you . . . You and I . . . We work so well together, it is amazing how well fate has worked out for us. Forsooth . . . Jeth, being what they are, how they feel for each other . . . The doesn't show you that we should stop fighting? Doesn't it show you that I won't go anywhere . . . . With anyone, but you?
Jeth chose Forsooth, yes, you can throw that arguement at him, all day long, but they are still together. Curled up in my weyr, down below, sleeping as peacfully as two dragons can with their Riders in such states," he stated, trying not to cry, though he could feel his eyes watering. Why won't you just open your eyes, S'rian? . . . . I love you, but . . . . I can't live without out you! his mind screamed, though he didn't say a thing. Tell him, Mine, Jeth butted in, but qucikly pulled away, allowing His a chance to fight for himself. V'ake of Brown Bahneth V'ake chuckled, as he waited for L'san to take his hand. Under him, Bahneth started to take an impatient step forward, causing V'ake to tighten his thighs around the mighty neck, and grin. "You ready? . . . I think Bahneth is trying to leave without you," he stated, running a hand along the rough texture of Bahneth's hide. It calmed him for what was soon to come. O'sin of Onyx Svarth At Barveth's request that he call to Kobaleth, Svarth simply nodded his head, before lifting it and letting out a long, calling bugle to his Cream brother. Kobaleth . . . Please, my sweet brother, bring you and Yours to the Feeding Grounds . . . I wish to speak with you and your mate, he called to the Cream, hoping he would join them. He did enjoy Kobaleth's company over many of his dragon siblings.[/blockquote]

S'rian "Forsooth does as she pleases," S'rian muttered. "She'd be curled up with whoever, no matter what I say or do." He did smile a bit, though, thinking of his beloved dragon. "You... He came back and you just didn't care anymore," he said, his voice breaking a bit. "You don't love me. It's just because of Jeth. YOu ignored me for him." He spat the word out, not even wanting to say T'lir's name.
You're being silly, Mine. Stop it, Forsooth muttered.
L'san L'san laughed, clinging tightly to V'ake. "I'm ready!
H'lak and Kobaleth
Svarth! Svarth you have to make the scary-scary opal go away! Kobaleth wailed. He did poke his nose out of his weyr, though. H'lak straightened, his eyes going wide. He put a gentle hand on his dragon's nose.
Koby? he asked quietly.
Come mine! Svarth wants us. And he will make the evil-scary opal go away. Everything will be ok. He nuzzled his rider. letting him climb on his back. He launched himself clumsily, flapping heavily over to where Svarth was waiting. He sidled up close, hiding in the much larger dragon's shadow. Svarth would protect him, he knew he would. H'lak dismounted, walking over to O'sin with a small nod. There were dark circles under his eyes, testiments to his recent lack of sleep.
"K-Koby has b-b-b-been s-sc-sc-scared," he managed to stutter out, his impediment worse than usual.

O'sin of Onyx Svarth As his Cream brother landed close and then slid over to him, Svarth raised a wing and placed it protectivily over the Cream, a slight hiss rising from within him. It was a warning hiss, not one toward Kobaleth, but toward all those around him, warning them to not step toward the frightened Cream. We will make everything ok, Kobaleth, Svarth crooned, eyes swirling with concern for the Cream. The Weyr will be protected once more soon.
While his dragon worked to comfort the Cream, O'sin placed an hand on H'lak's shoulder. "How are you holding up, Creamrider?" he questioned, fingers lightly kneeding, finding tight knots in the Creamrider's shoulder.
V'ake of Brown Bahneth Bahneth pushed off the ledge as soon as V'ake gave him the cue that the other Rider was positioned correctly. As soon as his body left the ledge, his wings snapped out, catching an updraft, causing them to rise quickly, then level out. Did you mean to do that, Bahneth my brother? V'ake questioned, chuckling behidn his mental question, though he knew he would get no answer. It wasn't long before the Brownrider found hismelf looking down on the Feeding Grounds and the sight of Onyx Svarth standing protectivily over Cream Kobaleth. "H'lak and Kobelath beat us here!" he shouted back to L'san, wondering where Barveth was, but figured L'san would call his Cream when he felt the time was right. K'eld of Blue Jeth That stung. S'rian's words hit a nerve and K'eld hissed in breath trying not to snap back at the hurt Greenrider. "I did not ignore you . . . I avoided you," he spoke truthfully. "When T'lir returned to the Weyr, I wasn't sure what to do. My heart belonged to you, but it had once belonged to him and it was confused. So, yes, I ran back to him, but only to talk, to find out what had happened. Why he had left."Suddenly, K'eld growled and stepped forward. "I don't love you?" he growled, eyes hurt, but the pain flashing bright within them. "I DO love you!! My dragon LEFT an Ash's Flight and instead of flying to T'lir's Teal, he came to your Green!!!! I wanted him to come here! I wanted him to catch Forsooth so that we could be together, so that you could be mine!" He stepped toward S'rian, hands outstretched, as if to touch S'rian's shoulders, but he stopped, not wanting to push the Greenrider, while wanting to push all at the same time. "Please . . . S'rian . . . . Trust me . . . "[/blockquote]

Kobaleth cowered under his brother's wing, shivering. You will make the scary-scary go away? he asked mournfully. He is not right, not at all
Barveth trundled over, trumpeting happily as he spotted Bahneth and his own rider. Mine! Miiiine! He bounced a bit, crooning as L'san came over to scratch his eyeridges.
H'lak glanced over at L'san who smiled softly at him. His gaze soften. "B-b-ba-bad," he admitted. "K-k-k-ko-ko-k-koby is very s-sc-scared."
"He hasn't been sleeping," L'san said, taking pity on the creamrider. H'lak shot him a grateful look, glad that he didn't have to talk anymore. "Kobaleth hasn't wanted to come out of his weyr since that t-- opal arrived. He hasn't even wanted to speak to H'lak or Barveth. And you know how social Koby is." He walked over to the other creamrider, taking his hand gently. "No one likes seeing Koby this unhappy. And that woman... She's creepy. Her dragon too. Barveth doesn't like him more than Koby does. And I've spoken to a few other riders. R'din's Neboth has been avoiding him like the plague and R'din is furious with the woman because she scared D'lain silly. Threatened him, apparently." He looked uncomfortable. "No one's too sure what to do about her."
S'rian and Forsooth "Avoided me, ignored me, it's the same thing!" S'rian snapped. "If you really loved me, you wouldn't have waited for Jeth to make the choice for you! You would have come to me! You wouldn't have let my first time be when I was brain-fogged with dragon hormones and terrified after not seeing you at all for weeks! You would have taken care of me and talked to me, you wouldn't have abandoned me! You would have made sure I was ok, instead of chasing after that stupid tealrider and getting unconfused!"

O'sin of Onyx Svarth Svarth nodded as Kobaleth shivered under his wing. This matter cannot be dealt with without speaking with Violet Lunith and Ash Emberyth, Svarth stated, nodding to his Cream and Brown sons as they arrived with Theirs. But we will protect what is ours and our Weyr, the Onyx hissed, his orbs swirling orange and red.
From the ground, O'sin waved a quick greeting to Creamrider L'san and Brownrider V'ake. Both lads had walked off the Sands with Svarth's sons, and both made fine Riders. With the arrival of the younger Creamrider, H'lak seemed grateful and O'sin turned his attention to him. The Onyxrider smiled as he watched the two Creamriders hold hands, and the way that H'lak seemed to draw strenght from L'san.
"I agree with Svarth," O'sin stated, watching as V'ake and Bahneth stepped forward, toward them. "We must speak with Akri and Azelle, or else what we have to say is nothing more than hot air,"[/]b he said, looking at the Riders gathered around.
V'ake of Brown Bahneth With L'san on the ground, V'ake slid off Bahneth's back, already moving toward O'sin before he really thought about it. He could feel Bahneth behind him, could see the growing Brown's shadow covering him. Everything was strange now, with Emberyth's Flight, and the strange dragon's arrival along with it's Rider. He sighed, listening to O'sin speak. At the mention of Akri and Lunith, he shivered, thinking that he wished O'sin was still Weyrleader and that Svarth still ruled the skies. Violet Lunith reigns now, little one, Bahneth spoke up, looking up at his father, trying not to think along V'ake's thoughts. Hers rules as Weyrwoman and we must follow her and Slith, the Brown stated with much wisdom. V'ake sighed, nodding to his dragon's words. He was a Wingleader of Wing, a young one, but he was trusted with the position and must trust in his Weyrwoman and Weyrleader . . . No matter how much he wanted the Weyrleader to be someone else . . . Someone he could talk to and knew would listen to the concerns of a Brownrider. K'eld of Blue Jeth "You are right," K'eld simply said, sighing, while running a hand through his hair. "I should have spoken with you about it long ago. Probably when we first met, but I didn't. I was afraid you would run away from me, or worse, hate me for it. Though it seems you just hate me now, doesn't it?" he questioned.[/blockquote]

H'lak just nodded, pulling L'san into his arms. The smaller creamrider pressed close to him, trying to comfort him. "We should call them, then. Talk to them." He paused. "Maybe just Akri and Z'dyn, for now. Azelle is the woman's weyrmate, at least for now, it would be unfair to pull her into a discussion against her mate, right away. We should be able to air our complaints without upsetting her."
H'lak looked unsure, but nodded. If it would help Koby feel better, he would speak to the Weyrleaders about this. He wasn't one to come forward with complaints, often.
S'rian and Forsooth
"You should have talked to me when he arrived! You shouldn't have abandoned me!" S'rian snapped. "I don't care that you used to love him, I care that you abandoned me when he reappeared and then avoided me until your dragon caught mine in flight and then you expect me to just welcome you with open arms? What in Faranth's name were you thinking?"
